Full hypnosis download Stop excessive blinking
When I was an adolescent (a few thousand years ago…) I went through a phase of nervous blinking. Maybe I was feeling rather stressed at the time – I can’t recall. Blinking, like swallowing and coughing, is usually an unconscious response. But when we start nervously doing these quite natural behaviours repeatedly and perhaps compulsively, then we become more consciously (and uncomfortably) aware of what we are doing.
If we repeatedly and consciously blink then the problem is that we may start to unconsciously do it more, as anything we do consciously over and over tends, pretty soon, to become unconscious.
Getting over excessive blinking is a case of ‘re-negotiating’ with the unconscious mind, so that it goes back to only instructing the eyes to blink when they actually need to.
Our stop excessive blinking download should speed up the process and I wish I had been able to use this as a young lad myself.
All the best
