Life priorities – deciding what’s really important

Full hypnosis download Life priorities – in production

If you want to be happy by feeling fulfilled and having a real day-to-day sense that your life is meaningful and that you have real purpose, then it’s vitally important that you really know what you need and can distinguish it from what you might have thought you wanted.

This isn’t to say that some of what we ‘want’ won’t also genuinely nourish our emotional needs, but it’s fair to say, I think, that what our culture conditions us to believe we need for fulfilment (conspicuous consumption, great wealth and fantastic model looks, for instance) clashes with what researchers have found actually makes us happy.

In short, relationships, friendships, social connections, meaningful work and interests outside of ourselves, quality time with loved ones, helping others and contributing to the community make us happier and stronger. Rather than disconnection (such as “I’ve got more than you!”), we need connection to help us thrive both individually and collectively.

It’s all too easy to neglect what really matters in favour of what seems to matter. The new Life priorities session is here to help people aim for what you really need to live a fulfilling life.

All the best
