Whether it’s general over-concern for a loved one, or always fearing the worst when your partner or relative is late home, feeling constantly worried for and about the important people in your life can be exhausting. It can even come to feel like some kind of torment. Of course, caring about one another makes for healthy families and communities but over-worrying is bad both for the worrier and the person being worried about.
