Think Thin

Full hypnosis download Think Thin

We’ve upgraded our hugely popular Think Thin hypnosis download to take in some of the amazing new information that has come to light around how exactly the body lays down too much fat and how the brain regulates appetite.

Above and beyond this, however, it’s true to say that people who have a healthy emotional relationship to food think differently from those who feel ruled by food, as if they are pushed around and controlled by it. For example, people who feel they can’t so easily control what they eat tend to feel compelled to eat bad foods by briefly imagining feelings of satisfaction and delightful taste they’ll get when they load up on unhealthy foods. In contrast, someone with a generally healthy appetite will more likely focus on how they will feel after they’ve eaten in the moment, minutes or even hours of digestion afterwards. This idea can seem quite alien to people who never do this. The newly improved think thin download will prove, I think, a bit hot for people who want to have food serve them and not the other way round!

Overcome sugar addiction and lose your sweet tooth

Full hypnosis download Overcome sugar addiction

Losing your sweet tooth could save your waistline from reaching the proportions of a small country. It could save your teeth. Your eyes. Even your life. We are all eating less fat nowadays (well, most of us!), but also eating more sugar. And getting fatter! (1)

Excessive sugar consumption has been associated with increased risk of many cancers. (2) Even drinking too much sweet ‘healthy’ fruit juice can have devastating affects on your insulin sensitivity and contribute to the development of Type 2 diabetes.

But cutting down sugar intake is no piece of cake. There is so much hidden sugar in our regular foodstuffs that many of us have been ‘conditioned’ to want sweetness. So we both crave it and find it practically difficult to avoid.

With new research and understanding of just how much damage having a ‘sweet tooth’ can cause coming to light, we’ve decided to update our very popular lose your sweet tooth session as we continually strive to improve what we offer. Having less of a sweet tooth might seem trivial but it could mean the difference between health and disease or even, one day, life and death.

All the best

Super slim me

Full hypnosis download Super Slim Me

Losing weight using hypnosis is a perfect way to go.

Why?

Because new ideas, new perspectives and new feelings need to be introduced and ‘naturalized’ into the mind if behaving and thinking like a slim person is to start to feel ‘second nature’. For example, research has found that the ‘What the hell!’ effect means that people who are dieting will often end up eating more if they feel they’ve blown it than people who are not on diets. (1)

The new polished up, improved and upgraded Super slim me session has been embellished with some new ideas and in my opinion is even more hypnotic than the version it replaces. Once you have the ‘slim mindset’ – which is not so much about eating less as about eating in the right way –then the body naturally follows suit.

All the best

Note

(1) Research by Janet Polivy and colleagues at the University of Toronto (Polivy et al., 2010) showed that dieters who thought they’d eaten more than they should went on to eat 50% more than people who weren’t so focussed on it.
